It's not so much procrastination for me, just using this to keep my head from spinning. We get students tomorrow, I'll let you know if I have any of the customary back to school dreams.

We had open house Monday night (95 degrees in my classroom). The kids came in all energized and cocky from the summer. That night I had my annual the-class-from-hell-that-I-can't-seem-to-control dream. School starts tomorrow. Hope it cools down a bit.

I started on Tuesday--already some kids have set off the "i'm a punk" radar, so I am settling in for a long year.
They seem okay, but it's still early :-)
