It seems a Google Search for "Story about a cat's fur that says 'I love you mom'" will take you here.
I cannot imagine a situation in which cat fur would ever say "I love you, mom".

This is probably evidence that I spend too much time on the Internet, but I actually know what the searcher was looking for.
There was a kitten born recently that had markings on its side that looked like "I (heart) (dot)" (where the heart and the dot were the symbols, not words...)
The mother cat's name was supposedly Dottie. This was all over Cute Overload and those other kind of girly sites I tend to visit
While it's possible the whole thing was a good Photoshop job, I prefer to doubt that.
