So, we've never spoken about the Moltmann. I wondered if you read it.
Regarding cough:
I wasn't offended by your comment. I just didn't understand how it made what you wanted to convey any clearer. But I am glad to hear that you are able to cough it up and that it is therapuetic for you.
Why? Because culture is mostly a dead letter to these high society females, that's why. The etiquette of adultery? Tchah.
