Have you ever wanted to end a call to a parent by asking about their methods of birth control? Just so this doesn't happen again, you know??
Purely hypothetical...

Yes!
LOL, I know what you're talking about! And as for your previous post about country music, it's only been about four short years for me. I loved Aerosmith, all the greats, but once I hit the Arkansas state line and all you could listent to was country, I actually kind of liked it. Why did we never give it a chance before? Did we think we'd automatically become uncool or something? Gotta love those Rascal Flatts guys! And you know the first song I heard when crossing the Arkansas state line which turned me on to country music? "I Love That Bar"! Go figure!
Dorothy--We will have to part ways on "new" country music. Maybe it's too much Oklahoma overkill (I teach right next to Garth Brooks' hometown, spent a year teaching at Vince Gill's HS and live at the edge of Toby Keith's), but country music made post 1980-ish leaves me cold. Rascal Flatts I can handle, perhaps because of their bluegrass style. I still maintain that the majority of good country music was killed in small planes.
Except for Lyle Lovett, Loretta Lynn, and Willie Nelson. InJesus'nameamen.
